Sanjay
Gupta

Sanjay Gupta is a resident of District Sirsa in the State of
Haryana of India. After completing his graduation in science from Government College, Sirsa itself, he did
Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) Marketing & Operations Research in the year 1985 from Department of
Management, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
Started his career as Management Trainee in 1985 and served three
industries during a total tenure of eight years before he left as Dy. General Manager in the year 1993 and started
his own export business in New Delhi.
Shifted to home town Sirsa in the year 2001 and before he could
settle in to some business in a small city like Sirsa, an opportunity to work for total development of
children caught his attention and he along with his wife Monica Gupta who is also a Social Worker
besides a Writer and a Journalist, started an organization in the name of Samsun Creations. The main objective
of Samsun Creations was to search, explore & provide proper platform to the hidden talent in
children.
The success of Samsun Creations encouraged them to explore talent
in Rural Areas also and they started visiting schools in villages for talent hunt. For this, an NGO
"DOST" (Doorstep Organization to Search Talent)
was set up at Sirsa. This developed interest in other fields of Rural Development and documentaries on social
issues like "Sarv Siksha Abhiyan", Saksharta, Total Sanitation Campaign etc. were also made in Samsun
Creations.

gallery. In the meantime, just to provide a bigger platform to the hidden talent, Sanjay
developed interest in internet to explore more avenues for talent promotion. For this, he started My Link India and
even learnt web designing to the extent that the messages could be conveyed to the masses effectively.
At present, Sanjay is Owner of My Link India and President of DOST
- an NGO for Total Development of Children.
He is also working as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of
Indian Society of Blood Transfusion &
Immunohaematology (ISBTI) - an NGO engaged in Voluntary Blood Donation &
Blood Transfusion Services in India since 1973.
